Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
Creating a catch-all mailbox will be extremely easy if you have a shared hosting package with our company. You can activate the feature through our advanced, albeit easy-to-work-with Email Manager tool, which is included in the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will administer your shared web hosting account. You’ll see all the email addresses that you have set up listed alphabetically and next to each one there will be a small "Catch-all" icon, which will immediately reveal to you whether a particular mailbox stores all the messages associated with a given domain or not. With one click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option whenever you like. In case there is enabled email forwarding or in case some other mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a given domain, you’ll get an alert from our system. The latter will not disable/replace anything automatically and without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all feature can be enabled without any difficulty if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve set up using the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you will see a mini logo handily situated directly next to each one of them. With just a click of the mouse, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with this option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and enable this feature using the menu that will come into sight. If any of the prerequisites for creating a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will warn you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
